Our company was founded by Monica Wilhelm, who began her real estate career in 2005 after attending the University of St. Thomas and the University of Houston. In her first year in the industry, Monica focused primarily on commercial real estate, where she gained valuable experience and insight into the market. Over time, she developed a strong passion for residential real estate, expanding her expertise to better serve a wider range of clients.

In 2007, just two years into her career, Monica completed the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission and became a licensed Broker. Her dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have been the driving forces behind the continued growth of Wilhelm Investments and Realty.

In 2012, Monica expanded into the real estate investment sector, where she has successfully remodeled and transformed countless properties, flipping homes and building a strong rental portfolio.
